No disk. And I didn’t find an image of it online either. However, this product is just a Softsmith reissue of an Edu-ware program, and that Edu-ware program can be found here:

There was also a receipt in here from COMB (Close-Out Merchandise Buyers) from whom this was presumably purchased in January 1985. It lists 5 items for $6 each. There are COMB stickers on the front of the boxes for The Bug, Color Me, and Juggler as well, each claiming $6. So, this was presumably the ultimate fate of the Softsmith inventory circa 1985.
