Identifier: Needs lang card or RAM chip. PSU inside not working. Otherwise, booted fine.

Current state: Has Disk II card, Videx card. Disk II drive A2M0003-729438. Missing language card and corresponding RAM chip. PSU does not work. System will boot a System Master. Videx card attached to back ports. Keyboard encorder has a DB9 on it, and seems to be some card below the encoder. Appears to have a shift key mod. Has a fan attached to the inside of the case, which is pretty loud. Has a proper II+ lid, no shielding strip.
Card removed: one Disk II cards, a Microsoft SoftCard (V-24261), a Saturn 128K RAM card (64-3759), Apple Parallel Printer Interface in it.
PSU that was in it is not working. Alt power supply worked, but only when the language card was removed.
Picked up locally. Came with VM-4509 monitor (SN 60606829) and two Disk IIs (A2M0003-111614 and A2M0003-322617) but the Disk IIs went into the general pool and the one that is with this now is not one of the ones it came with.
