Based on So Far. I scanned my other copy. This one has no ding on the cover.

Based on So Far. This copy distinguishable by a little ding on the cover. This is one I scanned, I did not scan the other one I have. This one was shrink-wrapped when I got it, sort of. The shrink wrap had split and it was curling the calendar, so I took it out to relieve the strain and filed it away to flatten over time. Seems like it worked.

This copy I kept in a plastic wrap (to distinguish it from the one I kept in an envelope). This is the one I scanned for the IA.
